Rui Jorge (full name Rui Jorge de Sousa Dias Oliveira, (born March 27, 1973 in Vila Nova de Gaia) is a Portuguese football player.

Rui Jorge played as a defender for Portugal at Euro 2000, the 2002 World Cup, and Euro 2004. He is currently attatched to CF "Os Belenenses", after serving Sporting Lisbon for 7 years (1998-2005). He started out with FC Porto.
