Markus Rosenberg (born September 22, 1982) is a Swedish
footballer. As of 2005, he has played three games and scored
once for the Swedish national team.
He began his playing career with Malm� FF, although he struggled
to hold down a first-team place and in 2004 he was loaned to
Halmstads BK. Playing for Halmstad he became the top scorer of
the 2004 season. Back in Malm�, he also topped the Royal League
2004-05 scoring list.
From of the beginning of the 2005/2006 season he has played for
Ajax Amsterdam. He was transferred for a fee somewhere around 5
million Euros. |
