Joseph-Désiré Job (born December 1, 1977 in Venissieux) is a
French-born Cameroonian footballer.
An attacker, he has played for Middlesbrough since the summer of
2000, where he scored a second minute goal to help them on their
way to their first ever trophy, in a 2-1 win over Bolton
Wanderers in the 2004 League Cup Final. He is currently on loan
to Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad until June 2006, he previously
had a loan spell at FC Metz in 2002.
Job was a part of the Cameroonian national team at the 1998 and
2002 World Cups.
