Biography

Luis González (born January 19, 1981 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentinian football (soccer) player who currently plays for Futebol Clube do Porto.

Called Lucho by fans, González played since age 14 in the Huracán team prior to his transfer to the River Plate team in 2002. Once in River Plate, he was an important piece in the 2004 Clausura championship title. He played with the Argentine team that won the gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
